YPM is a non profit organization its vision to have the world that values justice and peace.YPM  Tanzania works in four District in Tanga region and Lushoto has four centers that is Lushoto Mlalo Shume Msongolo

Programs done by YPM includes VICOBA, SPORTS AND GAMES FOR DEVELOPMENT and ENVIRONMENT AND ADVOCACY.

As YPM campaign is STOP POVERTY in the community the programs are focus on how to help individuals in economy.

 VICOBA (Village Community Bank), this program helps local people to invest their money and gets loans which are paid with low interest.

SPORTS AND GAMES FOR DEVELOPMENT aimed at grooming  and building talents of the youths and encourage doing physical exercise for health but also to use their talents  to earn money.

ENVIRONMENT AND ADVOCACY this aimed at advocacy on social issues doing PETS and S2C but also advocacy on protection of environment (friends of environment) and fight against global worming.
